Documentation updates
- Architecture alignment. Reworked the memory and knowledge-base documentation to match the current upstream separation between short-term conversation state, long-term user memory, character memory, canon/guild-world context, and retrieval-backed knowledge context.
- Knowledge-base scope clarification. The knowledge-base guide now explains that retrieval is a supporting grounding layer rather than a replacement for conversation memory, persona context, or user fact memory.
- Public discovery metadata. Added the site-level discovery docs and public metadata artifacts that describe the documentation surface for agent clients and browser-side WebMCP discovery.
